As construction neared the finish line, Berkadia recently put a trio of apartment projects from Kamiak Real Estate on the market. Among them is the five-story, 67-unit Rowlock, at 3620 Phinney Ave. N., which received its certificate of occupancy from the city last month. The asking price is $28 million.

The former 1 World Globes & Maps building, at 1605 S. Jackson St., suffered an ignominious Metro bus mishap in January, leaving a large hole punched in its facade. (No one was harmed, inside or outside the No. 14 bus.) But the building, temporarily home to an indoor skateboard park, was bound for demolition anyway.

The Chicago Bears football team last week unveiled plans to build a fixed-roof stadium and multipurpose campus along the Windy City's lakefront that would cost $4.2 billion to develop. It would be just south of the nearly century-old Soldier Field, which it would replace.
